To keep things simple, your full annual allotment is refreshed every year on January 1st. Personal Days: In addition to your vacation time, we provide up to three (3) personal days per year. These days are yours to use however you see fit—whether you need to handle a personal appointment, attend a school event, or simply take a "mental health day" to reset.
