Time Away from Work
Pacific Soda encourages all employees to take time away from work to rest and recharge. We offer paid vacation leave. Leave is granted upon day one of hire and annually on January 1st of each year.
Disability Coverage
At Pacific Soda, your well-being is a top priority, and the company demonstrates this commitment by providing both Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance—fully paid by the company. Income Protection and Disability Coverage

Pacific Soda provides all eligible employees with company-paid Basic Life Insurance up to 1 X your annual salary* and Accidental Death and Dismemberment* (AD&D) coverage. In addition to employer-paid Basic Life Insurance and AD&D coverage. Vision Coverage
VSP Vision Care provides comprehensive vision coverage designed to support both eye health and overall wellness. Members enjoy annual eye exams, along with generous allowances for frames and lenses. VSP offers exclusive savings on popular frame brands, lens enhancements, and contact lenses—plus up to 40% off on lens upgrades and additional discounts on LASIK procedures. Members can also shop online through Eyeconic®, VSP’s eyewear store, where they can save up to $250 on featured frame brands.
Dental Coverage
Our Dental coverage through Sun Life Dental offers comprehensive and flexible dental coverage designed to promote long-term oral health and financial value. Enrollment in medical coverage is not required to enroll into dental coverage. The Lifetime of Smiles® program enhances preventive care by covering up to four cleanings per year, including periodontal maintenance, and offers access to advanced tools like brush biopsies and genetic testing for gum disease risk. Members also benefit from a large PPO network with over 130,000 dentists. Preventive Max Waiver® allows routine preventive services—such as exams and cleanings—to be covered without counting against the annual maximum, giving members more freedom to use their dental benefits for other necessary treatments

Aflac Supplemental Benefits
Pacific Soda partners with Aflac to offer a suite of voluntary insurance products designed to provide financial protection when you need it most. These plans pay cash benefits directly to you, helping cover out-of-pocket expenses that major medical insurance may not. Accident Insurance: Provides cash benefits for injuries resulting from covered accidents, including emergency treatment, hospital stays, and follow-up care. It helps ease the financial burden of unexpected mishaps—on or off the job. Cancer Insurance: Offers financial support if you're diagnosed with cancer or a specified disease. Benefits can help cover treatment costs, travel, lodging, and everyday living expenses during recovery. Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Pays a daily benefit when you're confined to a hospital due to illness or injury. It can help offset costs like deductibles, copays, and other non-covered expenses. Critical Care Insurance: Delivers a lump-sum benefit upon diagnosis of a covered critical illness such as heart attack, stroke, or organ failure. Time Away from Work
Employees also receive up to three (3) Personal Choice Days annually to use at your discretion.
Holidays
We offer nine (9) paid holidays. New Year's Day, Spring Holiday (Good Friday), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Preparing for the Future
Pacific Soda wants to ensure you are cared for from day one! This includes automatic enrollment into our group 401(k) program. Pacific Soda matches 100% of your contributions**. You have the option to elect both Pre-tax and Roth deferrals up to the IRS limit. Your contributions to the 401(k) plan are vested immediately.
Wellbeing Support
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help you lead a happier and more productive life both at home and in the workplace. The EAP offers free access to licensed professional counselors by phone, virtual, or in-person to assist with improving your work/life balance. This benefit is paid for you by the company and also extends to your dependents.
